"We had a wonderful time at the Placemakr. Expedia lost our reservation and T’Quanae the property manager was a huge help. Sol and Jailene were quick to help us, keep us updated and connect us to T’Quanae. All of our issues were resolved by the end of the day. When we arrived we were given free breakfast vouchers, which is something we did not expect and was very nice. The rooms were spotless.
