"Loved the very friendly and attentive service we received from all the staff of Discovery Samal. Resort was a beautiful place to visit and relax in. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. We also loved the food and entertainment at Morning Catch. Will definitely be back."

"I really enjoyed the bliss atmosphere. The walks to different villas ( Balay, Samal and Mandaya). The idea of golf cart shuttle was great although I enjoyed walking. The massage/spa is ok. Food and staff perfect customer service. I wish the room price was not too expensive but thanks for the experience."

"The resort is self-contained so once you enter you have all you need within the premises. The Chocolate Museum is a one of a kind, producing World Renowned Chocolate, in front of your eyes. Many activities for children. Bird shows, games, swimming pool, arts and crafts. The food is very good and high quality served in ample proportions or buffet style at times"

"Only Hotel in the World to insist that only 3 Pillows are normally given for a Queen sized bed. Breakfast was very well prepared each morning, but allowed beggars in to roam and beg while dining. Unfair extra charges for small easy to clean stain on bedsheets."
