"My experience in JV hotel is very disappointing & I’m not comfortable. Towels are old & dirty looking . There’s a mosquitoes flying & bugs in the bed . Bathroom is very dirty . Floor is dirty look like is not been cleaned. Furniture is dusty . I checked out early & look for another hotel . Hope the management will check the workers & make improvements to make an effort to give a good service & cleanliness to all the rooms especially the bathroom. Everything in the room is not good . "The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were good. Location was not too far from two new malls. The University nly things that let it down for me was a very loud singer in the restaurant at dinner time and when we moved outside to get a table where we could speak, a zumber exercise class started with loud music and we were stuck between the two and still unable to speak !"
