"I really enjoyed the bliss atmosphere. The walks to different villas ( Balay, Samal and Mandaya). The idea of golf cart shuttle was great although I enjoyed walking. The massage/spa is ok. Food and staff perfect customer service. I wish the room price was not too expensive but thanks for the experience."

"Really nice resort on the water, but old and needs to be renovated. The air-conditioning wasn’t working very well in my room and it wasn’t cool enough. They came to check it but it didn’t do any good. I think the air-conditioning was just being repaired because there were people out in the hall working on it for two days banging and making a lot of noise. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, I would stay again. I think the air conditioning problem was something they will work out."

"This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. You are treated like the most important people in the world, and the whole time feel like you have this paradise to yourself. Everything they do is done with quality and passion. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I can't wait to go back. "

"It’s the biggest resort property I have been in siargao. Lots of open spaces to lounge in with a spectacular view of the ocean. All instagrammable. The location of the pool is perfect! It’s like being in the ocean waters. There is even a parking space available within the premises. We stayed both in the ocean view and garden view rooms. "The hotel was very beautiful. The food was very delicious. The water for the shower was warm and lasted a long time (compared to other hotels ive stayed at in the Philippines). The staff cleaned the room very good. I always tipped the staff everyday for their quick and detailed cleaning of my room.The only real problem i had was that occasionally the room had a bad smell. "Would suggest management should be stricter in implementing to have guest refrain from wearing pajamas in the dining/buffet area. Blaring music was too loud in the adjacent function room having zumba next to the buffet area that it took away the peace and calmness of enjoying breakfast. It was too loud. Complete disregard for other guests. "

"It was really clean and the hot water worked really good. The restaurant was good as well, especially for breakfast. We had the pancakes and the omelette was really good with the three cheeses. The weight staff were very friendly and helpful at all times."

"By far the best Hotel I have ever stayed In. I never experience this A+ super class type of treatment like Iv’e known the owners for years. Zero complaints here and would love to visit Siargao just to stay at Casa Basa again. The couple who owns this need to own all the hotels in the world and we all will live in a better place in terms of vacation stays. I highly recommend it.
