"First off, the listing on VRBO shows the approximate location as near Hays Street and 22nd Avenue in Midtown CDO. That's why I decided to chose this property over others farther uptown. But after paying the total non-refundable cost and getting the directions within 48 hours of arrival, i found out the place was actually located about 35 minutes further uptown than what showed in the listing. It was even further than Xavier Estates where I stayed before. My wife told me that it was far from CDO...

"My overall experience was great. Loved the property and was quite comfortable for my stay. The overall size of the home versus the professionally taken pictures can be deceivingly small. The only opinion I'd offer is the upper floor gets hot and humid quite quick during the mornings making it hard to sleep in past 8:00 until the sunsets in the evening. "We arrived on the day of my reservation but it is locked..the gate is chained and we couldn’t go in..and no one there to meet us..we tried many times to call the host on her cellphone and message her to Vrbo chat box but never received any response..Upto now I’m to get my money back."
