It's connected to the mall via a bridge so a lot of restaurants are accessible. Hotel feels modern and new. Staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend.

Would suggest management should be stricter in implementing to have guest refrain from wearing pajamas in the dining/buffet area. Blaring music was too loud in the adjacent function room having zumba next to the buffet area that it took away the peace and calmness of enjoying breakfast. It was too loud. Complete disregard for other guests.

Safe, central and comfortable
Handy location to shopping malls, safe and comfortable. It has always been my preferred hotel when in CDO. I hope the windows are cleaned so we can get a better view outside.

The hotel is very nice. The pool and pool bar are a nice option for lunch and a swim. My wife enjoyed the taste of the food offerings. My only issue was that the staff was not as friendly to my 2 year old as I am used to at other hotels in the area. I was also underwhelmed by the executive lounge. I will go back to the hotel but they need to step up the service compared to the other major hotel in CDO.

It was hard to get to because of one way roads and construction. But it was very nice. We went there for Valentine's Day night. The buffet was booked but we got right in to the restaurant and it was a totally memorable place for our special day

I cant think of one negative thing to say about this place. Every staff member here is very professionl and friendly. The pool is very nice. This is a beautiful hotel that is connected to a huge mall. So many restaurants and places to go to within walking distance. Security is very professional and helpful. Laundry service is excellent. There is a 711 next doot and 24 hour restaurants nearby. Housekeeping does an amazing job as well as the servers for the breakfast buffet ( so many options) This is a very comfortable place. I highly recommend. My new favorite hotel. I will be back!

Bad service considering the price. TV's remote is not working so i ad to manually turned it on. We requested a service water last night but nobody delivered. They also misrepresented their advertising. It says higher floor but we're only at 9th floor and its a 20 fl bldg.

not worth for its price
So so property. I paid extra and booking top floor acomodation. However the experience was very unpleasant. My room was 1712 and it was right next to service lift area. The walls were so thin that i was almost awake entire night due to noise from the corridor and lifts. The Aircon was very bad and I was sweating throughout the night. I would highly unrecommend this place. Breakfast was also bland. They even charge for fruit juice! only water is free! Seemed like I was in victorian era.
