It is approx 30mins away from central Osaka by train. There was a washing machine but no drying facility other than the balcony. The TV only supported local TV and we were unable to connect our laptop to it. We had an incident on check-in whereby there was another family in our room. They got the room numbers...

"The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. Overall excellent stay. The only suggestion I have to make is installing...

"The property was located a distance walk from their local transport and there was a duty free supermarket nearby. The check in was abit slow due to their satellite office for their connection. Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer....
