"Staying at this ryokan was a highlight of our trip. The baths have the best views I’ve ever experienced in Japan. The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing. We stayed three nights and they never served us a dish twice. This is a splurge but well worth it to experience the Fuji area in the best way possible!"

"Staff was amazing. Location was great, near Lawson convenience store. Breakfast was good. Less than 10 mins walk to Kawaguchiko station. If you have luggage, you can call them to arrange for shuttle pick-up. You can also book private onsen for an additional charge."

"The property is in such an excellent condition. Conveniently located as well, as it is a short walk to Lawson, and also to Lake Kawaguchiko. There are some restaurants around and within walking distance too. Each room comes with it's own onsen, and so convenient. The only downside is the lack of view from the rooms. But the service is impeccable. "
