"We had such an amazing stay at this hotel, our stay was only two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Not only was the hotel clean, quiet, and easy to get to, but the view from our room was beyond amazing. The ammenities were so lovely, with a quiet onsen spa with views of Fuji, and easy access to a hiking trail that leads to a beautiful viewpoint up on the hills. If youre looking for a luxury hotel with once in a lifetime views of mt Fuji, this is the place for you. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Rakuyu. The staff is very kind and helpful. The facility is amazing, gives you proper Ryokan experience. Beautiful views of Lake kawaguchiko from the rooms. Rooms are big and cozy. Food at the club lounge is also amazing and have multiple varieties. "

The food was delicious, and they kindly accommodated our dietary requirements, which we provided in advance. The views of Mount Fuji were incredible, and we especially enjoyed the bathtub on our balcony. The private onsens were a highlight, and the small touches like free ice candy and complimentary wine made the stay even more enjoyable.
