"This loft is better than advertised. So comfy and decorated to the nines! The Artist Loft is centrally located in downtown Black Mountain. You walk right out of the front door and you are in middle of coffee/martini bars, restaurants and eclectic shops. The beds are super cozy and the little coffee table by the window is a great spot to watch sunrises and people watch. "

"The owners were nice and helpful. The room is comfortable, beautifully appointed with early 20th century furnishings, a large bathroom with a soaking tub with a shower, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Entrance to the room is directly from outside so you do not enter any other area of the house. There’s a nearby park with a walking trail. There’s also a large stone patio right outside the room. We would definitely stay again. We had a lovely weekend!"

"This location is perfect. My husband and I stay annually at Biltmore’s Inn, but we wanted to bring our senior dog along with us this year. This apartment was a great find. "Property was excellent on all counts! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. We were in town to deal with family events and it was a perfect spot to end each day in a relaxing manner. The host was so accommodating!! We needed to extend because of unforeseen issues and it couldn't have been easier. Definitely recommend if you're considering a stay in Forest City."

"My wife and I had the best time. It is the greatest little cozy and quiet super clean place we had stayed so far, 3 min to hiking and close enough to asheville and chimney rock, you could find. They are wonderful people with the cutest little dog. A+++ rating for sure"
