We love going down for breakfast in the morning and enjoying the company of others if we wish. the fireplace is always going and its very cozy. you can walk just a couple of blocks and be in downtown black mountain. the restaurants are good and you have several varities. "Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."
