"Right in the heart of downtown Hendersonville, walk out your door to fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. This place also had a dedicated parking spot not too far from the entrance. The kitchen and main bedroom were large and it had a small "den" area off the kitchen that had a pull out sofa bed. We did not do any cooking, so I can't speak to the cooking supplies. The email sent with building access code had the incorrect code and after my initial panic I did check the VRBO app and found a message which had completely different access codes. "Katlin is a terrific host. Rental was very clean and comfortable, perfect location for us and close to downtown. Wife and I really enjoyed our stay and we were able to bring our two schnauzers which had a backyard for them to do their business. "Rachel was an amazing host, the best we have ever had. She knew it was our anniversary and left us a bottle of wine and some sweet decorations. And there are snacks and great coffee. The house was perfect for us two. You have everything you need. The hot tub was amazing as well. We are planning to return again this year in the fall. There is plenty of dining options in Fletcher and Hendersonville. This is the place to stay! Thanks Rachel for making our weekend even better!"

"The place was well appointed and clean. The king size bed was fabulous! However, if you don’t like stairs, noise and no yard for your dog, don’t stay here. It’s by a hospital so lots of ambulances and helicopters. There is also someone in the neighborhood with a really loud motorcycle. Lots of road noise.
