"Front doorman was lovely; girl at front desk not so much. Hotel is in convenient location, walkable to waterfront, old town and train station across street. Family room was wonderful, with 2 bathrooms to allow more access and our corner suite was very nice and spacious. Highly recommend "

"Great location, over the road from the train station, 5 minute walk to the lake, tram stop right outside of the hotel to go elsewhere and shops within walking distance. hotel was lovely, rooms were clean and had everything we needed, the guy at reception was great, friendly and helpful.
