"The staff was very helpful and polite. There were a couple of small things, like the toiled handle was broken but, we didn't even bother to complain about that. As someone who worked for a couple of big chain hotels, I know all hotels have something wrong, and this was nothing major, we could still flush it. It was only one night but the hotel and staff were so accommodating and nice, it made me want to extend our stay. indoor pool, bar, patio area and more. We will be staying here again... Thanks "

"Enjoyed our visit. Nice breakfast but Hampton Inn in Bartlett offers a much better one. The mini suite was very much an upgrade at no extra cost. Very quiet, clean and comfortable."

"Everything was excellent. There's a coffee machine as you walk in which grind and makes coffee. Breakfast was also excellent with eggs potatoes bagels, bread, pancakes fruit and cereal. Staff is friendly and responsive. Room was very clean and plenty of hot water. The only issue we had was Internet access was intermittent so the staff will contact the provider. Great and convenient location 12 min to Graceland. "
