"The check in/out staff were friendly and welcoming as well as the valet staff.! The hotel was amazing and the customer service was everything.! Ate breakfast at the common club downstairs as well as got coffee from the little library.! Everything was exceptional.!!! Definitely will be back and will book again.! "

"The hotel is fancy when I got there they told me they told hotels.com they didn’t have the room we booked so they was going k upgrade us Well it wasn’t an upgrade my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed NO pillows and they had bars in their back all night long The bathroom was good The view sucked it was the dirty courtyard "

"Reception was very welcoming, we each got a free drink voucher at the bar. The room was as expected, the bed wasn’t the comfiest but the toilet (bidet and heated) and the shower were excellent.there was cheap parking across the rd and lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance."

"Excellent five star rental. This two bedroom apartment was located on the 50th floor of the Santander building with incredible views, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also included a full kitchen. I highly recommend this rental. It is centrally located and has the typical big city homeless people on the streets so be aware if you are walking at night. Check-in was easy and there are two restaurants located in the building."
