"Adi, the owner was very reasonable and helpful. In order to gain entrance to the property you have to call her and she opens the gate. When I arrived, my phone was not yet working. I had to stop a passerby and ask if he would kindly make that call for me. Had I not found someone with a working phone, that would have been a problem"

"I had an amazing time at the hostel. The place opened just a few days before of my arrival so everything was newly renovated. The staff was so helpful and did everything to make their guests feel welcome. It's also very clean and location is excellent just minutes away from city sights."

"Our stay at the Templer Inn was one of the highlights of our time in Jerusalem, and added immeasurable to the overall experience. The location in the German Colony is excellent. Our room was spacious with a separate living area and large bathroom. The best part was interacting with our hosts, the owners, Alon and his wife, Revaya, at the generous breakfast service. "We stayed for one night while travelling the country. It was exactly what we needed for the night with kids. The breakfast was very nice and staff were very friendly. "

"The inn has a lot of potential if the owners improve comfort, service and food. Breakfast was not well organized, part self-service and part-served with only instant coffee. The room was promised with a private patio whose access was through a modified window and offered torn and dirty chairs. Would not stay here again on next visit."

"Great omelet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the bus station. Loved walking through the Old Town. Guests should explore the walk between the bridges with the stone walls covered with flowers. Appreciated the metal door leading to the courtyard and rooms.
