"Situated in the microcentre a very good hotel. We have stayed here before on this occasion our room was less good - noise from the road as on 2nd floor and noise from water pipes and no bath just a shower, As we had already settled in we decided not to try to move rooms. Good WiFI. Very good breakfast. Pool area good for sitting outside although pool cold. Good location for shopping, Subte (underground) , buses, Retiro bus station "

"The staff were hospitable and willing to be helpful. The dark (black) hallways were indicative of what were portrayed as 'hourly' hotels in 70's movies. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathtub shower combo was hazardous. The breakfast was sparse at best. "

The letter in room confirming the gift of wine was a nice touch and the reception brought it very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors. "
