Even though there wasn't parking at the hotel, we found a inexpensive parking garage open 24 hrs. not more than 2 blocks away. The pool did not seem to be open, great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again when I go back.

No coffee or tea making facility in the room . Particular after almost 24 hours journey, you want a hot cup of coffee or tea. Basic necessity. No Kleenex box in the room

Excellent front end staff, friendly and helpful. Huge rooms, clean! Great breakfast! Unique indoor swimming pool! The area around the hotel seems typical for the city, lots of homeless, but they don't bother you.

Nice hotel in a good area close to everything
Great stay. Nice hotel in a walkable area. We wish we could have had time to use the sauna on the property. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, but you can sit in the comfortable lobby area to have wifi if you need it

This hotel is in an older part of the city. Lots of construction etc. However, the rooms were nice and the staff excellent. You need a converter for power and the in room phone did not work. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom (the city is infested so this would be possible in any hotel here). There are nice free snacks in the room but no coffee maker. Beds are clean and comfortable. Very limited English spoken so use a translator. For the low cost ($75) it was good. I would recommend.

Cannot Say Enough Good About This Place!
My experience here was absolutely amazing, mainly because of the staff, though it is worth noting, the location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. I needed to extend my stay a few days in a row due to unforeseen circumstances, and each time they were incredibly understanding, accommodating and polite, and were even able to keep me in the same room for the entire duration so that I didn't have to pack up every night and move to another room. Not every host that I spoke with spoke English, but they were all incredibly patient as we used the Google Translate app to converse. By the fourth day, they were pretty much treating me like family, with big smiles and greetings, even though we didn't always understand eachother. The staff make this place 100% worth staying at, the fact that the rooms, location and hotel itself is great is just icing on the cake. Thank you again so much for the hospitality and understanding, you made my stay an incredible one despite the circumstances that forced me to keep extending my stay.

It was ok for 1 or 2 nights but nothing outstanding. Best thing was the very good buffet breakfast. Room was nothing great, poor view, bathroom tub jets did not work and was not fixed after complaining. Location not safe at night.

Quarto virado pra rua, primeiro andar, barulhento a noite, colchão duro na bicama, dormi mal, a porta não tinha tranca ou chave, as crianças abriam e saiam, iluminação da fachada cai direto no quarto, as cortinas são menores e não vedam, poeira acumulada embaixo das camas, não foi limpo todo dia, piscina não é aquecida, de água gelada. Hotel não é novo, mas reformado. Vaso chegou a entupir em alguns momentos. Wifi precário, Café da manhã muito doce e não havia leite sem lactose.

Cheiro de esgoto e café da manhã ruim
Atendentes da recepção e pessoal do café muito educados e prestativos. Localização muito boa. Contudo, o café da manhã é uma decepção, com poucas variedades, sabor mediano para ruim, poucas frutas, demora na reposição. Há uma mal cheiro de esgoto no corredor. Felizmente não adentrou o quarto. Enfim, não vale o preço cobrado.

As acomodações são OK, porem a area de cafe da manhã e o bloco na parte de trás do holte possuem um cheiro forte de esgosto. Na parte da tarde fica horrivel ate utilizar o elevador, pois parece que o cheiro fica mais forte. O café da manhã não é muito variado.
