We knew the location of the hotel was good but the front desk was always very helpful. We were able to check in early, exchange money at a good rate, get directions and tips. Each time the service was friendly and they spoke multiple languages very well. The rooms were pretty large too.

We stayed for two nights. It is located near Florida street and close to many major tourist attractions. We did not have to use the taxi for many places we visited. We like the breakfast. It is better than some other hotel we stayed in Buenos Aires.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel
Personal was friendly, they allowed me to do the check-in before noon. However this is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, rooms and especially bathrooms need a serious refresh. My bathroom was stinking (canalization) and dusty the room was dusty too most probably due to the old carpet. Room is spacious. The localisation was very good.
