"We came up to serve the families of WNC who were affected by the storm. This property was great in location to access centrally from Asheville to Spruce Pine. It’s a gorgeous place inside and out. "Very clean cabin with a great view. Everything was clean and neat. There's a hot tub on the porch which was perfect for soaking and looking at the stars on a night that would otherwise be too cold to be outside. In the morning we were able to watch a family of deer play in the field out front and saw a group of turkeys wander through. I would definitely stay here again."

There were a couple small issues with the sheets and hot tub that Carolina Mornings took care of immediately! "Beautiful home. So clean and well cared for. Minutes from Hatley Pointe. They had games that kept us entertained during our down time. Communication was fantastic. Didn’t use much of the kitchen, so can’t comment much on that. The weather was rainy so didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy being outside, but they did have a great little patio and their backyard was just steps away from a hiking trail. Highly recommend. "

"We loved this cabin! After a long day of volunteering with hurricane clean-up, it was nice to stay in a safe, quaint, and beautiful cabin. The driveway into the property was the only reason I did not give the "area around the property" 5 stars. However, I suspect the recent flooding is what made the driveway so bumpy. Overall, it was terrific, though! Ed was a great host!"
