"The apartment was perfect for our stay in many ways. From the location and quiet to the comfortable yet functional decor, it was literally like being at home. The beds were super comfortable. The host provided many top notch amenities; plush bath towels, quality shampoo and conditioner, kcups, and even a small bowl of snacks. "I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. "House was comfortable. Quiet street outside of town. We had to detour when going into town because of road work along the river. It wasn’t too bad though. Added about 3 miles to the daily commute. Parked our Suburban on the street, but there isn’t much traffic. They do have a driveway but it is a little narrow and steep for a big vehicle. Overall it met our needs. And the hot tub was a plus."
