"This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. My biggest complaint was that everything in the kitchen was covered with a greasy film, even the light fixture. Possibly wouldn't matter to anyone except a clean freak like me. "I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. "

"Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. "

"Great place we would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be if you plan on using the air mattress it is located in a closet (office) which would be difficult to use for adults but great if you have children with you. There is plenty of space for the mattress in the living room. "
