"We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. The owner was very flexible allowing us to check in early so we were able to arrive before the impending snow. We had an unusual large amount of snow fall days before our arrival making things a little tricky. "We stayed over Christmas week and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family while in from out of town. 100x better than any hotel would have been during this time. So much natural light in the house! House was clean and warm, hosts were very inviting. Location could not have been better for our purpose. Overall the stay and the home were wonderful!"

Bonnie was incredibly quick with communication and went way above and beyond our expectations! "This place was amazing! The property looked just like the photos online. The management company was easy to communicate with, and they responded very fast. The neighborhood was beautiful, and it's located around lots of local places! Highway is very close, and you are only about 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. "Stay &Play is perfect as there was so much for the kids to do and the adults in the group to play with them. I think we created some core memories- the game room in the garage could be better with a space heater but the basement kept them occupied or we may go back in the summer to enjoy all the property has to offer. Kitchen and bedrooms were great except bedroom #4 only has 3 beds but loved loved the sunroom and its heater and watching the snow. Best neighborhood ever and responsive host!"
