"My stay was a little bit rocky at first. The check-in went well. Had the pleasure meeting the general manager at check in. Wonderful, pleasant and helpful young lady. The Rocky part was when I got to the room it wasn't what I expected. The issue was I had booked a handicap accessible room with 2 queen size beds and a bathtub. However, instead of a bathtub it was a walk-in shower. Unfortunately for me the hotel was booked and The general manager was unable to do a room change. However, I did book a room in the future, and The general manager had personally overseen the registration in assured me that I was going to be in a handicap accessible room what two queen size beds and a bathtub. I enjoyed the pool, It was warm and soothing for my arthritic knees. I enjoyed the full breakfast and the staff that prepared it. The Hampton Inn in Huber heights went over and above with their service to to make my stay welcomed and enjoyable. I forgot about the walk-in shower mishap by the end of my stay. :-)"

"It was a good hotel experience! Front desk staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, eggs, bread products, yogurt, cereal, and maybe waffles. Bed was a little rigid for my tastes but the pillows and sheets were soft. Hotel is literally across the street from King's Island and they will drive you there in a shuttle"

"We stay at this location a few times a year while traveling through. It's always clean, quiet, well kept and the food choices are always good for breakfast and social hour. Staff is always friendly. Appreciate the management's care of this hotel. "
