"The apartment was perfect for our stay in many ways. From the location and quiet to the comfortable yet functional decor, it was literally like being at home. The beds were super comfortable. The only complaint on our end would be the uncomfortable bed which appeared to have a layer of egg crate foam on top of a thin mattress. Our backs were hurting by the end of it. "I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive.
