There was no communication about having it repaired or replaced during our stay, which meant we had two people sleeping on a broken sofa bed for lack of other space. The owner only communicated the check-in instructions an hour prior to the listed check in time, and gave a time an hour later than the site listed (4pm instead of 3pm).
