"Property is located less than 5 min walk from beach, beach chairs are available for free. There are no restaurants nearby unless you walk about 10-12 mins down the boardwalk. Not a big deal but need to plan accordingly if you don’t have a car. Room was spacious but showing some wear. Would stay here again as long as I had a car, lots of parking available."

"The property is exactly as advertised. It does overlook Ocean Drive, which can get noisy. The location is perfect for walking all around Ocean Drive. Any Lyft or Uber we took was less than 20. As others have mentioned, you will receive two beach chairs, and an umbrella that you do not need to pay for while you’re in this unit. That was a plus. Unit has full refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, stove, and stove top. We had a few hiccups as mentioned in other reviews with the hot water and television."

"Location was amazing! Property manager was awesome and gave good instructions and even allowed us to store our luggage there before and after checkout. Facilities and furniture were a bit torn, but for that price (considering that location) it was still good:) "

"Although I had stayed at this location before and had an idea of what to expect it was not the conventional hotel having self check in. However parking was always a problem as my "assigned spot" was always taken. Also the bathroom faucets for the tub and shower were not really attached to the wall or very loose. However, they did comp me 2 days due to the inconvenience for my next visit."
