"The hotel was very chilled and welcoming from the moment you walked in. The bar and Restaurant have lovely views out over the beach which adds to that relaxation. Spa was great; but the only small issue was there wasn’t anywhere to sit down by the pool, hot tub etc, if you just wanted a 10min break from it all, as per other spa’s we have been too; otherwise very enjoyable; would highly recommend; we will definitely be returning. "We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Alverton. Everything about the stay was perfect. Staff were helpful and friendly. Premises were stunning. Food was excellent. In particular the hotel went 'above and beyond' when we initially had to change our plans. We will definitely stay again when we return to Truro."
