"We've stayed here many times, the carpeting looked clean and new and the chairs. It seems to me a small grab bar was in the shower but this one I think had been broken off and I called housekeeping, I reported it to the floor hskpg manager and at checkout. The checkout person didn't think there was one or that it was missing. "
