Spacious, Ground Floor 2B/2FB Condo in Mesquite

This magnificent condo is less than a ten-minute drive from Mesquite's top-rated Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course. Mesquite, located an hour northeast of Las Vegas, has 7 championship golf courses, as well as casinos, spas, and dining. The beautiful red rock canyons of St. George, Bryce, Hoover Dam, UT Grand Canyon, and Zion National Parks are well worth the drive.

This unit is quiet and provides you with a comfortable home away from home. Enjoy the views of the mountains and valley from your beautiful Springs Resort condo. Everything you'll need for cooking is available in our kitchen. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. This ground-floor condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps four adults. It has beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities, including a large kitchen with all utensils, linens, a washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs, cable, and an attached two-car garage.

Our check-in time is 4:00 p.m. PST and our check-out time is 10:00 a.m. PST. If you are booking a future reservation (not the same day) you may check-in anytime after 4:00 p.m. *We cannot accept same-day reservations after 7:00 p.m. PST.

*NON-SMOKING UNIT.

*Your Pup is welcome, 2 dogs under 50lbs. NO other pets of any kind are allowed.

*NO gatherings allowed per fire code/HOA policies.
*We have small security cameras located outside both the front entry door and the garage entry door for security purposes.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The property manager was easy to contact and there were no issues checking in or out of the property. The amenities on-site were easy to find. If I ever have to travel to Mesquite again, I would choose to stay here.

Great comfort at perfect location
This unit had every comfort of home from a pull in garage, to fully set up kitchen and laundry which made our day tripping both north to UT and south to AZ and Las Vegas super easy. We even spent a rainy day in Mesquite which was super fun!

Great downstairs unit just steps from pool, hot tub and fitness room. Local residents were very friendly and informative about the local area. Complex was next to walking path.

This condo was great. Very comfortable and quiet, although there was a very loud block party on Easter south of the complex with obnoxious music blaring which should have been shut down by police. Other than that, this place was a great location to sight see and golf.

Easy to find and easy access. Had a wonderful heated pool and hot tub that was conveniently located right next to the property. Super clean home, well stocked with linens, bath towels and pool towels. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here, and if I ever make it back to Mesquite I would love to stay here again.
