"The GM always goes out of his way to make sure our stay is pleasurable. Unfortunately, my sister's purse was stolen during our last stay by what we suspect to be a staff member and the morning guest service representative was quite rude to my sister regarding the breakfast. Totally uncharacteristic of what we normally experience at this property, but will not stop us from coming back"

"I stayed here with family for a weekend. It was a nice convenient place with a pool and a hot tub. It was kind of expensive for what was offered but I couldn’t complain because it was last minute. Overall I liked the place the only issue that I had was one of the sheets on the bed had stains on it. Other than that check in and check out was smooth and it was a great stay."

"Well, it was close to Chicago. The staff was very friendly and efficient up to including we have to go back through there to pick up a blanket that we left and they were had no problem doing so I like them."

"Simple quick getaway you can tell it's been recently renovated they could use better lighting in the rooms the yellow lights don't show how pretty the suit is they should use LED lightbulbs but it was decent. Didn't care for the shower at all it needs to be remodeled."
