This place was horrible from the bug infestation to me getting bug bites the time I was there from going to room to room because of either infestation, toilet doesn’t flush or showers wasn’t working. These place really needs an inspection because it don’t know how they passed.

There was a foul smell on the second floor. There were several abandoned vehicles around the hotel, and the staff was questioning us, but wasn’t questioning others.

The property manager made me aware that they did not provide room service unless I booked for more than 7 days, when I asked for more clean bath towels, he said it was only 1 towel per room (mind you I booked a 2 queen bed studio for 4 days. The furniture inside the room was falling apart (literally), the TV wouldn’t work and there was very little water flow in the bathroom sink.

They go out of their way to assist. Always pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient for travel to 94 west, 394 south, I 80 expressways. Special shout out for Natasha the front desk Manager‼️

What you get for a low priced hotel…Upon check in I was given a key card for a room already occupied. Had to go back and get another room key no apologies given. The room was not clean at all oily hand print on the wall, spillage on the box spring, wall have dried liquid on it, shower was dirty. If you have a dog be prepared to see a lot of dog poop on the grounds.
