"Nice place, let down by housekeeping in the Manor House, trays with leftovers on the stair case from check in to the following morning, glasses left on staircase and tables. Coffee machine would not work as needed a deep clean. Food was perfect and staff excellent in the bar area. "

"Our lovely accessible room stunk of cigarette smoke so we had to move to a normal room which had no walking shower, single beds, was smaller and basic compared to our original room. This was very disappointing however grateful an alternative room was provided and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great"

"Working in the area and have stayed here before. Booked only one week initially but then returned for second week as stay was so nice. In the countryside but lots of restaurants and takeaways in short driving distance of the hotel restaurant isn't for you. The burgers here are very good though. "
