If we would niggle at anything it was the kettle took ages to boil, the loft bed light didn't work and the wall had some staining on it. But other than that a great night's sleep!"

"Old thorns is a lovely hotel and the rooms are very nice. My only complaint is that the swimming pool and spa area needs to have some attention - I visit in May 23 and then again in January 24 and the hot beds were out of order both times and the hot tub was not working - my daughter and I used the foot spa bit the water was only running cold, this was disappointing as this is a spa hotel and I expected more.
