"Taking into account that Ibis Hotels are not in the luxury segment, I must say that the rooms are generally well-maintained and clean. The bathroom, and especially the shower, is very comfortable and spacious. "I actually had an issue trying to get a hold of Expedia to move up my reservation by one day. I literally had to chat online with 3 different agents. They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. Holiday Inn Express Lisbon Airport, an IHG Hotel

"We liked that it was a very good breakfast included. They also.provided dinner for a reasonable price and it was good. So we did not have to go out of hotel to eat. There is no resteraunts or stores close to this Holiday Inn so meals to pay for was a good service. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful."
