"A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "From the moment of walking into the hotel, the staff were outstanding in thier service. Extremely helpful and welcoming. We arrived early hoping to leave our bags in the storage area. "The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "

"Good central location. Easy to get about. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Quite a few nice touches like complimentary mulled wine for the cold evenings. Extensive choice of foods at breakfast and restaurant was open until 10.30am at the weekend. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a rather nice hotel. Thank you. "

A winner! Gorgeous location and thermal delights

"This was our 10th visit to the hotel over the last 15 years and it really does seem to maintain or even improve its standards every time we visit. They really do get the concept of maintenance and everything seems so well run from a staff point of view. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and courteous and breakfast is excellent. The thermal pools are lovely and the steam/sauna facilities are particularly pleasant. Best of all, you're away from it all on beautiful Margitsziget, while at the same time easily connected to both Buda and Pest with the frequent No. 26 buses that pass by several times every hour. Simply put, this is a winner in every respect. "

"A bit off the beaten track but easy to get to with Budapest’s great public transportation. The Staff is very Professional and the customer service is amazing. While the hotel is a bit older, it is clean and very comfortable. This hotel is a gem near to some great restaurants and attractions such as Aquinicum. Definitely looking forward to staying again "

"This was my 3rd stay at this property. It suits me very well. Modern apartments with excellent transport to everywhere. I love the blackout shutters. All apartments have balconies, although that is not important to me. The apartments on the main-road side are a bit noisy but it didn't bother ME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "
