"This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. "We had originally planned to have some family members come over to watch the game but that didn’t work since there’s no TV anywhere. But it ended up being really nice, the kids played games for a few days and we just went somewhere else to watch the game. "

"I really only needed a place to sleep at night, but this unit offered up a lot for the price. The apartment was a good size overall, divided into bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Small bathroom and a couple closets too. Access was incredibly easy and secure with exterior motion lights and double entry doors with coded locks.I would certainly book here again next time I'm in town. "
