"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"Even though we were over 5 people the owner was gracious to allow all 6 of us. The house was immaculate, close to Dunkin', and communication was pre-emptive and thorough. "

"This was the perfect place for us. We were able to be close enough to seeing all my family (only 15 min from my brothers house). We spent our days visiting and enjoying family. The vacation house was wonderful!! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It really was magical!! Thank you Tracy!"

"This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. "I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!"

"Our family has stayed in this beautiful historic home for a reunion with relatives in the Rochester area for the past 5 years. The house is clean and very spacious. We were able to easily seat everyone for daily dinners between the dining room table and the picnic table on the porch, and we made good use of the gas grill.
