"COMPLAINT: Hotel was chosen specifically because it advertised an indoor pool sauna & steam room- these are all (as of May 2024) STILL BEING BUILT. There is a basic gym but it is in a damp basement room. Hotel stairs are UNSAFE - very steep with no handrails and poor lighting. Very disappointed overall and i want a refund!"
