"Nice place I have been here many times when I'm in Indio. Close to Fantasy Springs Casino. The condo is 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 and has all you need for a family trip or trip with the girls. Full kitchen with plates, cups, MINI coffee maker but we brought one, all utensils and cooking equipment. Front desk was exceptional, and the grounds are kept very nice. "

"The property has a beautiful view of a lake with waterfalls outside the balcony.Check-in was extremely easy and instructions were accurate.For being an older condo, it was comfortable.Our only complaint is the beds in the two rooms were not comfortable at all.Possibly a mattress topper should be purchased.Everything else was great - a very quiet neighborhood"

"We loved our stay! Clean, exactly how it looks in pictures, GREAT location (steps from Old Town) and communication was clear and prompt. This place seemed to have everything we needed - whenever we looked for something, it was there - but place was not cluttered. Bathrooms included makeup remover and wash cloths, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We cooked breakfast almost every day and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with pots/pans, etc.. Coffee was there on arrival, so made an easy morning...

"The property was great. It would be great if the two twin beds were replaced by a double and queen. The room is big enought for more comfort. As adults or if you have teenagers, the beds are very small. Also, only 5 wine glasses and no cocktail glasses... maybe because they have not been replaced becaue former guest broke them. Overall, the location and property is perfect."
