"Kind and lovely people, lovely chat and they really cared. Very much a spare room in the end of their house with a it’s own bathroom so very homely. Breakfast room was a breakfast room with lots of stuff and a cat (I loved the cat). It’s down a very rough and rocky track in the car. Basically it’s an authentic working farm with some lovely farmers who make a solid breakfast. I’d be back. If you are looking for a polished hotel experience this isn’t for you but for a real life nice people...

By the time we arrived at the pub we had only 30 miles left, once we found out that the village didn’t have any charging points the bar staff were very sweet to offer their parents home charger, but we had to reject as home chargers are slow at around 2kw, the nearest town was Tavistock but they only...

"The property was fair and they did have a good breakfast. But that the town who is lacking in dining and other amenities it's a very small town. One would be better to stay in Princetown. "

"Warm and friendly B & B - Gill and Martin were the perfect hosts - just outside Looe amid the beautiful countryside. Great breakfast (Martin's mushrooms) and not to be missed - inhouse bar for 6:00 drink. Our hosts couldn't be more helpful in providing details for local attractions / transport / dining options. Highly highly recommend for getaway with local feel."

"This is not a hotel. its more of a doss house. Paid for 2 nights. went to the moxy instead which is just another level compared to this. Yes its cheap, but the whole area feels unsafe, and you wouldnt want to leave your car here."

"Didn't see he host at all during my stay. Although there were no issues, I knew if I needed them they were a phone call away. The room was well equipped with a bath and shower, kettle, hair dryer, towels etc. Very comfortable and quiet. I dropped something out of my pocket and as I was looking for it, seen that under the furniture was covered in dust accompanied by a spider on my towels. I was a little freaked at this, but it's the country. It's to be expected. "
