"Room was small but very tidy, it had everything we needed. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but ok for one night. The view was amazing, high over other houses the countryside stretched for miles. Don’t book if you don’t like heights. Unfortunately there was something making a noise all night (heating, A/C, water) I don’t know what but it sounded like a heart beat all night long and kept me awake. Check in was super easy, the bar/ restaurant was clean and friendly. The breakfast was really good the staff...

The person at the front desk walked me to the room to show me which keys opened which doors and made sure we were happy with the room. It was definitely above and beyond. The building was older, but it’s England and it was to be expected. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the next morning.
