"This motel was ok. I arrived at around 2200 and initially the reception door was locked, but fortunately the night receptionist was just doing a security walk so he was back within 10 minutes or so. There was an issue at check in, but the two staff in reception were quick to call head office to resolve it. One of them was very chatty to me and that made the whole situation better. The room did smell of smoke, and there were cigarette burns in the table, but the carpet looked clean, the shower...

"Everything about the Wyndham was excellent but I wish to comment on the the staff person who was at the registration desk around mid-night on 21 February. We had no luggage because of a flight mix-up. She was beyond kind, providing us with essential toiletries and kindness for tired travelers. Tim and Penny Quill Rochester, NY"
