"Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again! "

"This home is beautiful and very well decorated . Tammy the host decorated for Thanksgiving and our family felt right at home . She even gave us a home made bread which was yummy as a present. The kitchen is well stocked , the smart refrigerator was great and I played some music one night . The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious clean and comfy. The property overlooks lake Norman . We will be back for sure and I highly recommend this property "

"Our family has stayed twice at this rental when in town for weddings. It is a great layout for multiple families that are attending. Well-stocked, clean, with a gorgeous view of the lake for pictures. We also loved staying in the summer when you can enjoy water sports on the lake. 10 out of 10!"

"The house provided a beautiful place to rest and recharge for several family members displaced by Hurricane Helene. There was plenty of space for five adults and three dogs. Turi & Steve were understanding and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home. "

"The Tuscany Villa was tastefully decorated. There was something for everyone to do. The game room was in a detached garage and most time was spent in there. The house was big enough that we older folks could stay on the main level and not hear the kids in the basement. The hot tub was wonderful! Only thing lacking is a bathroom in the upstairs (3rd floor). "

"I was able to book this home at the last-minute during Labor Day. The house was beyond beautiful, it included literally everything myself and guest needed. Respectfully, I was astonished how “homely” the home felt. Each room had lots detail as far as décor; which was a highlight for me, there was sheets, comforters and even washing liquids that can be used if needed.
