"I found this property when we had to move out earlier than planed for renovation works to our house. On arrival we were all stunned at the beauty on the gardens , the wild life, the fact we appear to be the only guests. Staff were amazing as i had 1 night were we had no where to staff, and staff were able to accommodate us. If you are looking for peace tranquillity i would highly recommend this place. Thank you to the owners for blessing us the opportunity of staying in your property. Absolutely Amazing!"

"We had the loveliest Christmas at Manslea house! The house itself is amazing - it’s huge, with enough rooms for our 11 family members to stay and relax in comfort. We had elderly parents in their late 80s, young adults and middle aged folk, plus a toddler and a 10 year old- and they all loved it. The beds were very comfy, the bathrooms were super clean and the kitchens had everything we needed - even for the demanding preparation of a Christmas dinner! The hot tub was awesome - and we all enjoyed it very much - it’s a little oasis even if it’s windy out there, as the back garden where it’s situated is completely sheltered. The actual area is wonderful to explore - the beach , the little harbour and the castle offered not only magnificent views from the house, but also the best walk on Boxing Day, with loads to explore and just enjoy. The only disappointment was that the local Harbour cafe and the shop there were closed over the holiday period, but the young people drove to Ayr (10-15 mins) to explore shops and cafes , while the little ones had a great time at the park outside the house. I personally loved the open fire in one of the two living rooms, which is gorgeous and so nice to sit by with a glass of wine. We also appreciated the availability of two large sitting rooms with TVs, so the young and old didn’t argue what to watch on tele:) - and the game room was an added bonus as well! The hosts were fantastic too - thank you, Theresa, for all your help and advice! "

"Caravan was as advertised and as we only stayed for night so not a lot to comment on, only real comments is that we thought that over £180 for 1night was a bit excessive ow and Internet wasnt very good as kept dropping off, fantastic view from front of caravan "
