My only reason for marking down from 5 stars is that they seemed understaffed at breakfast, the young lady who was serving, and managing reception, was doing an excellent job but was overstretched, leading to the buffet being missing quite a few items. "This was my second stay at Loans, very nice Hotel, restaurant has been recently refurbished to very high standard. If i had to find a negative it would be the breakfast chefs attempt at Eggs Benedict/Loans, it was terrible and let everything else down, however i would still go back.
