Great breakfast in the morning but the room I stayed in was dated and worn. The bathroom had warped wood from water damage and the shower was the weakest I've ever experienced. However if I needed to stay in Cumnock again I might stay again as it was cheap enough for a bed for the night.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Parts of the hotel are currently being refurbished but it didn’t impact on our stay and I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to others.

Superb hotel.
Great hotel, wonderful staff and superb food and bar option in the hotel ( 1906 ). Received a warm welcome when checking in, room was huge and very clean and comfortable. The whole team who run the hotel are an asset the the owners.

The hotel was in the right place for our weekend stay and we enjoyed our stay. The service was extremely good and we were well looked after. The room was fine, but we would have liked either a walk in shower or a shower that could be adaptable. Bothe of us have difficulty getting into a bath and a ceiling shower just could not be used by us.

The hotel is in need of refurbishing, the carpets are tired and the paintwork is shabby. Money has been spent on the entrance hall and the restaurant, and these are splendid, though the plastic foliage is rather overdone. The revolving screen display shows a lack of imagination, there was no change to the advert for RAD Rewards ! Why not include some pictures of local beauty spots ? The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
