"El hotel es muy tranquilo, lo ideal para descansar, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio y camas confortables, la alberca es de buen tamaño y el horario es totalmente razonable, la comida es rica, como también el precio es justo, no tiene precios elevados a pesar de ser un hotel de prestigio, lo re comiendo sobre todo si ya estás un poco cansado con hambre y lo que quieres es tener una tarde noche tranquilo este hotel cumplió mis expectativas "

"Really beautiful grounds. Great pool. Restaurant was wonderful. Simple, clean rooms and attentive staff. Would have preferred an earlier coffee option (breakfast starts at 7:30) or in-room coffee maker, but that is the only small drawback. Great location! Highly recommended!"

"Honestly this place is incredible. Beautiful setting, beautiful rooms and buildings. The hotel has been open for 8 years, so there is a little bit of wear, but everything maintained very well. The rooms are big and very nice. The spa is lovely. And particular shout out to Monse who ran the yoga and fitness classes in the morning. Wonderful way to start the day, all orchestrated perfectly. The food at the two restaurants is excellent. Breakfast is great too. Bar and lunch service round the pool is super attentive. All bar drinks were generally very good, and the music throughout the place creates a Great atmosphere. In addition to all this they have a beautiful golf course and Padel and tennis. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try all those ….. We have stayed in lots of nice places round the world, this place has got it really right…. Could not have better memories of our visit. "

Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a fun and safe place to enjoy as tour guides are present in the Cenote, lazy river all the time. Thanks to everyone in San Ignacio. "

"This is a great superchill beach club for the area. During the week you can have the place almost to yourself, with more families and kids on the weekend."

"It’s a lovely property. Our room was large with attractive furnishings, and it had a huge outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had three delicious meals served in very lovely spaces. The pools looked great but it wasn’t hot enough to swim. It is a very quiet, restful environment."
