"The Lodge at Uxmal is a special place just outside the entrance to the archeological site so ideal for staying at to see the sound and light show at night. The room was comfortable and clean with nice bedding and the place is set amongst trees so there are abundant birds and nature all around. Really lovely. It also has a very nice restaurant so is a great place to base exploring the Ruta Puuc from."

"All the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel was only a few minutes walk to the beach and there were a variety of modest dining options on the beach or near the town square. The hotel had a food service and weekend bar service. We really enjoyed the pool area and spent some relaxing by the pool.
