"The hotel was perfect for us! Our bungalow was about 50 feet from the pool and the beach was just beyond the pool. All the staff were wonderful and the restaurant was excellent!"

"I was greeted with a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday. The bell man explained the use of the facilities on the way to the elevator. The room had a spectacular view. It was a super birthday treat. "

"Very nice unit with a layout that served our needs well. A few problems that were not addressed, even though reported. The master bath shower heads did not operate correctly and remained a dribble for showers. My husband says the splitter was broken. There were ants in the laundry room. It would have been nice if the kitchen was better equipped. It was lacking basics and we cook a fair amount. We had to buy items such as cutting board, measuring cups, and a knife that was actually sharp enough...

"Staff was amazing and friendly! Thanks to Lusi K and Susie for accommodating us to the ocean view room we had booked, we had an amazing experience! Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. "We loved the swings, play room, slides and convenience store. Did not like the app which sent us walking all the way around the property to get from one kids pool to other. Also did not like the wrist band keys or the card keys as neither of them worked to get into the rooms on multiple occasions and to get out of the parking. Pretty annoying. "Amazing tropical paradise. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Loved the main pool which was clean as a whistle. Lots for families to do and drinks are nearby at Castaway Bar for adults. All the amenities are available to rent at the beach for a cost. The resort are is #1 and Maui Villas has an old Hawaiin feel, not a mega hotel. Great for families and couples like us. The young and coffee bar are relaxing for just sitting and enjoying some quiet time."
